Overview Thank you for shopping with Zayan Marts. We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the UAE and internationally. If your country or region is not available at checkout, please contact us at help@zayanmarts.com and we'll do our best to assist you.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • UAE (Local): 3–7 business days
  • GCC Countries: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes Zayan Marts is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at help@zayanmarts.com with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Zayan Marts is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at help@zayanmarts.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
